Job scope:

• Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning)
• Oversee inventory procedures
• Oversee SLOC management
• Top Up Spine Sets
• Maintain trackers & Follow SOP
• Perform write off for SLOC management on monthly basis
• Follow up and monitor pending GRN
• Responsible for open GRN to avoid write off during quarter/financial year end
• SPOC for issues related to warehousing and transportation
• Develop requirements and standards (e.g. packaging, procurement, delivery)
• Track KPIs for Warehouse & transportation
• Support Billing
• Support Ad Hoc work during Weekend

Requirement

• Education Qualification: Diploma
• Good in Microsoft excel / good in English communication skill / knowledge in SAP system is advantage
• There will be a requirement to attend urgent requests during weekends , there will be an OT for this
• Candidate must be able to standby for emergency case support after working hours
• Prefer candidate with own transportation (bike)
• Seek for candidate with at least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse
